About Us

Together We Succeed. Endless Opportunities.

At Texas City ISD, we believe every student deserves the opportunity to discover their potential, pursue their passions and build a future filled with possibilities. Serving approximately 7,300 students across 14 campuses in Texas City and La Marque, our district is committed to preparing students for success in college, careers, the military and beyond.

From innovative academics and award-winning fine arts to competitive athletics and hands-on career training, Texas City ISD offers something for every student. Signature programs include Early College High School at both high schools, Fire Academy, Maritime Studies, industrial trades, agriculture, health sciences and more. Strong partnerships with local businesses, industries and College of the Mainland provide real-world learning, industry certifications and college credit opportunities.

Our commitment to excellence has earned state and national recognition in academics, fine arts, career and technical education and financial stewardship. These achievements reflect the dedication of our students, educators and community.

We believe strong schools build strong communities. By working together with families, businesses and community partners, we are developing tomorrow's leaders, strengthening our local workforce and creating opportunities that extend far beyond the classroom.

Texas City ISD: Inspiring dreams. Creating opportunities. Building futures.
