DESCRIPTION:We are back from Summer Break!! \n\n\n\nJoin us as The Year of Courage series continues on Thursday\, September 3 as we hear from\n\n Regan Dunn\, MHA  from UTMB Health speak about "Courage in Practice" . \n\n\n\n11:30am-1:00pm\n\n\n\nGrab your People\, We'll save you a seat! \n\n\n\n\n\n Keynote: Regan Dunn\, UTMB Health System Operations Manager\n\n\n\n\n\nAbout Regan: \n\nRegan Dunn serves as Health System Operations Manager for UTMB Health's Clear Lake and League City Campuses\, where she partners with clinical and administrative leaders to support campus operations\, strategic priorities\, and initiatives focused on improving operational performance and the patient and employee experience.\n\nPrior to her current role\, Regan completed UTMB Health's Administrative Fellowship\, a 12-month\, enterprise-wide experience embedded within the Clinical Enterprise C-Suite. As the sole Administrative Fellow\, she worked alongside executive and senior leaders on strategic and operational initiatives across the health system.\n\nRegan earned her Master of Health Administration from Texas A&M University and her Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from Sam Houston State University\, where she was also a Division I student-athlete on the softball team. Her experiences in athletics and healthcare administration have shaped a leadership philosophy grounded in service\, meaningful relationships\, continuous growth\, and a commitment to creating environments where others can succeed.\n\n \n\nThank you UTMB Health for your continued support of the Women in Business Program!
