This initiative is particularly significant as it aims to bridge the gap for those who may be uninsured\, underinsured or privately insured\, by implementing a sliding-scale payment system. This means that individuals and families from all economic backgrounds will have access to quality healthcare services without financial barriers.\n\n\n\n"We are extremely proud to join forces with Texas City ISD to establish this much-needed school-based clinic\," said Coastal Health and Wellness Chief Operating Officer Ami Cotharn. Telehealth options will also be available so students can be seen by a doctor from the school nurse's office.
